affordable plotted colony in addition with Licenec No. 60 of 2017, over an area measuring
7.09375 acres in the revenue estate of village Garhi Kesari and Barhi, Sector – 15, Gannaur,
District Sonipat.
Dear Allottee, The Director Town and Country planning, Haryana has directed the company for
seek suggestion/objections from stakeholders/allottees if any regarding additional licence in
addition to licence no. 60 of 2017, as per provision of policy dated 25.01.2021, the provisional
lay out plan of proposed DDJAY colony measuring 7.0935 acres and composite lay out plan of
parental licence no. 60 of 2017 area measuring 14.68125 acres.
For NEW PROJECT LAUNCH i.e., (new licence for DDJAY over an area measuring
7.09375 acres) you are also informing accordingly.
